Still loath Arizona, guess I always will…

This morning is so pretty in the Northeast. a peaceful snowfall is blanketing the area. For years, before living in Arizona, I took this beautiful work of nature for granted and thought of it as an ‘inconvenience’ to what I had planned for the day. Now, after 13 years of living in the what I consider the dullest, most disgusting place for humans to attempt to exist, I stand in awe at the beauty of a snowfall. I love the life that is right outside my door, the birds of many colors and beauty, the animals like the squirrels with their big, fluffy tails, all this beauty and life right outside my door.

All I have to do is ‘think’ about Arizona and it makes me cringe and think of Star Trek’s Nimbus III, like some sort of prison, such a strange reaction that I can’t truly explain. I think I must have some kind of desert, “Indian outpost”, induced post traumatic stress syndrome from living there…. OR, I’m just ‘east coast’ through and through… I do love Europe, too…

About Brain Droppings...

I'm a tree hugger. I would like to leave the earth a better place than I found it, even though that is difficult to do these days. My thoughts I'll share on this blog are random and I hope indicate a raised awareness as time progresses.
